Who is Reviewing the HGH Reviewers?

Monday, June 15th, 2009

I’ve yet to see an HGH Review site online that’s not a scam. Real scientific, independent analysis is far too expensive. It would probably cost well over half a million dollars to do such an analysis and there is presently no financial incentive for any independent body to embark on one.

The HGH Review web sites that you see fabricate their information to suit their own purposes. Those purposes are almost always “affiliate commissions.” In other words the webmaster gets paid for every sale that’s made when you click from his “review” web site over to the vendor’s web site. They always knock the product of their toughest competition. And then they give their most favorable reviews of the products they are getting paid to push. The unwitting consumer thinks they have received valuable information but in actuality they have only received an arm twisting sales pitch.

When it comes to HGH Human Growth Hormone their are three forms of it available. There are injections that are expensive, involve needles, and require a doctor’s prescription. There are pills that contain absolutely no HGH whatsoever because you can’t put HGH in a pill (beware of some oral sprays whose ingredients are the same as the pills). And there are homeopathic HGH oral sprays that get 60%-80% of the same results as injections without the great expense or having to deal with needles. These sprays, which contain real pharmaceutical HGH, have been approved by the FDA for over the counter sales only in a homeopathic form.

So called “HGH” pills work for about a month by stimulating your pituitary to produce more HGH. After a month the pituitary gets used to the stimulation and stops producing the additional HGH. It’s a cruel event because just when you get used to all the great results everything shuts down. The homeopathic HGH orals sprays don’t work in that fashion so all the great invigoration properties continue to be felt as long as you use the product.

All homeopathic oral sprays use the same formula in order to get the body to react. If you put more HGH in the product it wouldn’t work as well. So all vendors sell the same generic HGH product. But not all vendors use FDA inspected labs, offer a 90 day no-questions-asked guarantee, and ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do.

We want an educated consumer so they will pick the most effective product for their needs and price range. We understand the importance of Customer Service so we answer emails promptly, return phone messages, and issue refunds quickly without you having to jump through hoops. For all these reasons we hope you land on this page, become informed, and buy our product. HGH Review

What fitness program is best suited for Marine Corps bootcamp preperation?

Sunday, August 29th, 2010

I need a fitness program that will get me in shape for the Marine Corps. I have about one and a half years until I start NROTC.

Do these workouts:

PPPA: Push/Pull/Press/Abs

First, pushup/pull-up supersets. For example, 10 pulls, 25 pushes, 8 pulls, 20 pushes, 6 and 15. The numbers increase each time you do it. By week 8 or 9, I believe it’s something like pull-ups: 16/14/12 and pushups 45/40/35. Ouch.

Ammo can press/crunch supersets come next. I think the ammo cans are 20 or 30 pounds each (full of sand.) This is a great preparation for the CFT and PFT. These are timed events, so you end up doing about 2 min/1.5/1 minute for ammo can presses, alternating with crunches of about the same time.

Fartleks

Fartleks are 3-5 mile runs, interspersed with workouts every half mile or so. Fartleks are very similar to the Run Course/Mec Weight (or something like that) where you just don’t run as far, and do more workouts. An awesome cardio workout.

Example exercises: Pushups, pull-ups, crunches, sit-ups, frog sit-ups (wide knees like you’re doing a groin stretch), diamond pushups, body squats, bend and thrusts, burpees, dips, mountain climbers, sprints

Also when you get close to going to OCS, start doing practice humps (aka hikes) with boots and weights in a backpack.

How do i connect a snakebyte fitness board to a Wii?

Sunday, July 11th, 2010

I have bought my kids a snakebyte fitness board and I have followed all the instructions and cannot sync the fitness board to my Wii. Can anybody please help me?

A lot of people have a tough time syncing their balance boards. Here are some syncing tips:
-be sure the batteries in your balance board are NEW.
-make sure the Wii Fit disc is in the Wii console and don’t try to sync the balance board until prompted.
-hold the balance board VERY CLOSE to the Wii console while they are trying to sync. In fact, have it almost touching the Wii, just to be sure.
-here are some more tips/troubleshooting help:

How much does a personal fitness instructor make and what are the chances of hire?

Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010

I’m thinking of becoming a personal fitness instructor. I myself have a trainer to help me get in shape. Since I won’t be meeting with my trainer for the time being. What are some good schools to get certify, how much do they make yearly, and what are the chances of getting hired?

are you looking to become a personal trainer or someone that teaches group fitness classes such as aerobics? if it’s the latter don’t expect to make much money at all but if you are wanting to become a personal trainer then i will say that the money can be very good depending on if you are.

if you are in the states a few organizations come to mind such as A.C.E which i think stands for American council on exercise. the I.S.S.A international sports sciences association and if you are up with me in canada Can fit pro is available with many others.

the most important thing you can do is go to as many gyms as you can just to ask them what organization they will accept a certification from but if you’re not a good trainer in the gym then it doesn’t matter where you got your course from. you simply have to know your stuff but most trainers fail because they themselves don’t know proper form when working out and i have seen it from every gym i have been to and i have been in lots of gyms over the past 23 years.

How to make a career out of Nutrition and Fitness?

Saturday, May 29th, 2010

I would like to make more of a career out of Nutrition and Fitness, but am unsure of a good path. I would like formal training/certification, but not necessarily a 4-year degree since I’m in my late 20s and work full time now.

If I become a nutritionist, I don’t focus as much on fitness. If I become a personal trainer/instructor, I don’t get the training in proper diet. Any suggestions on what career or certification would be a good mix of nutrition and fitness?

As far as I know, neither Nutritionist nor personal trainer are protected terms, so all you need to do is make up business cards and you are in business.

However to be at the top of the heap, becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist should be your ultimate goal.

What is the best exercise/ fitness gym routine for a nocturnal person like me without developing muscles?

Thursday, May 6th, 2010

I am working in a call center. I am in a night shift. I also drink slimming coffee and diet pills but none seems to be working. :) . I am planning to enroll in a fitness gym but I think I can only have sessions during my day-offs usually Saturday and Sunday. I also just would like to lose weight and not develop hard muscles. Thanks.

I think the Jillian Michaels: No More Trouble Zones workout DVD is the best. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001NFNFMQ?ie=UTF8&tag=digitsy-marina-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B001NFNFMQ

How do I improve the health and fitness of my boyfriend and I?

Wednesday, April 21st, 2010

My boyfriend and I are both wanting to lose some weight and improve overall health. We don’t live together, but I want to plan some sort of fitness challenge for us to do at the same time. Any idea of how to do this when we live an hour apart? We see each other on weekends, so that is easy, but I need something for the weekdays.

First let me ask. What are your activity levels like? and how much weight do you want to lose? The reason why I ask is because I’m a Beachnody coach and we have programs designed for all different goals, like loosing weight, to getting fit and having toned muscles.
Next is how much time and effort are you willing to put into it? Reason being I can help get you in shape within 3 months. My wife an I done it, and I’ve helped dozens do the same.
There’s a science to it but you have to dedicated to see maximum results. Now even if you were to "cheat" meaning eat junk food every now and then you can still lose weight but it will just take that much longer. As for the being apart you both can do the same workout routines and make it a competition like what my wife and I do. We’re very competitive and we push each other everyday trying to out run or do more crunches than the other.It makes it fun. I’ll tell you what here’s a link to my website take a look at the programs and if you decide that this is what yo want to do, just email or call me and I’ll walk you through it. Deal? Well I wish you and your BF good luck and I look forward to hearing from you.

What type of a fitness program should I start if I wanted to start firefighting?

Monday, April 12th, 2010

Our community is short on volunteer firefighters so I’m applying. I’m already in pretty good shape but I can always do better. Any advice or recommendations on what a good fitness program would be? How would P90X be?

p90x gets great reviews, check them out:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fs%3Fie%3DUTF8%26x%3D0%26ref%255F%3Dnb%255Fss%255Fb%26y%3D0%26field-keywords%3Dp90x%26url%3Dsearch-alias%253Daps&tag=clogui-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957

You’ll also want some adjustable dumbbells to go along with the program (don’t forget the chin-up bar):
http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fs%3Fie%3DUTF8%26search-alias%3Daps%26ref%255F%3Da9%255Fsc%255F1%26qid%3D1249842001%26field-keywords%3Ddumbbells%2520adjustable&tag=clogui-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957

Alternatively you can buy individual dumbbells, which is my personal preference. I like rubber coated HEX dumbbells the best:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fs%3Fie%3DUTF8%26x%3D0%26ref_%3Dnb%5Fsb%5Fnoss%26y%3D0%26field-keywords%3Drubber%2520coated%2520hex%2520dumbbells%26url%3Dsearch-alias%253Daps&tag=clogui-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957

You’ll want this p90x chin/pull up bar (that’s door mounted, you might want to search for wall mounted):
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001ARNRRK?ie=UTF8&tag=zv11ex-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B001ARNRRK

or a ‘tower’:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fs%3Fie%3DUTF8%26x%3D0%26ref_%3Dnb%5Fsb%5Fnoss%26y%3D0%26field-keywords%3Dpull%2520up%2520tower%26url%3Dsearch-alias%253Daps&tag=clogui-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957

You might also want to get pushup bars, I personally use this:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001ECZMSI?ie=UTF8&tag=zv11ex-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B001ECZMSI

although it’s pricey compared to others, so any of these will work fine:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fs%3Fie%3DUTF8%26x%3D0%26ref%255F%3Dnb%255Fss%255Fgw%26y%3D0%26field-keywords%3Dpushup%2520bar%26url%3Dsearch-alias%253Daps&tag=clogui-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957

I also suggest resistance bands, I suggest ripcords brand as they don’t break on you (I had to go to the emergency room once because I was using bad ones from a gym, and it snapped and nearly broke my hand by slinging itself):
http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fs%3Fie%3DUTF8%26x%3D0%26ref%255F%3Dnb%255Fss%255Fgw%26y%3D0%26field-keywords%3Dripcords%26url%3Dsearch-alias%253Daps&tag=clogui-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957

Get the 5 set or 6 set (don’t get it with the DVD).

And lastly, you should have a good recovery drink. I prefer this one myself over the p90x specific one:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0001FSX08?ie=UTF8&tag=clogui-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B0001FSX08

ps, if you don’t want to put on too much muscle, use light weights (I suggest getting all 5 sets):
http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fs%3Fie%3DUTF8%26x%3D0%26ref%255F%3Dnb%255Fss%255Fgw%26y%3D0%26field-keywords%3Dvaleo%2520weights%26url%3Dsearch-alias%253Daps&tag=clogui-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957

What are the best websites for fitness programs I can do at home?

Friday, March 19th, 2010

Preferably with no equipment.
I know I can do a google search but I was wondering if there are any particularly good websites for fitness etc.
Nothing I have to pay for please.

Hi Hattie! there are several websites that can help you with that, but if you want to do fitness at home especially with out equipment, that’s good because it can help you save some extra cash, compared to buying those drastic fitness equipments, do it in some other effective ways instead.

Here are my cardio workout which i always do at home:

* Jumping Jacks
* Plank
* Mountain Climbers
* Side Hops (hop side to side over a dumbbell – you can use anything to jump over)
* Sprint in Place (I hold my hands out and make sure me knees touch them each time)
* Body Weight Squats
* Burpee
* Stationary Reverse Lunge
