Growth Hormone Reviews

Monday, June 15th, 2009

I’ve yet to see an HGH Review site online that’s not a scam. Real scientific, independent analysis is far too expensive. It would probably cost well over half a million dollars to do such an analysis and there is presently no financial incentive for any independent body to embark on one.

The Growth Hormone Reviews web sites that you see fabricate their information to suit their own purposes. Those purposes are almost always “affiliate commissions.” In other words the webmaster gets paid for every sale that’s made when you click from his “review” web site over to the vendor’s web site. They always knock the product of their toughest competition. And then they give their most favorable reviews of the products they are getting paid to push. The unwitting consumer thinks they have received valuable information but in actuality they have only received an arm twisting sales pitch.

When it comes to HGH Human Growth Hormone their are three forms of it available. There are injections that are expensive, involve needles, and require a doctor’s prescription. There are pills that contain absolutely no HGH whatsoever because you can’t put HGH in a pill (beware of some oral sprays whose ingredients are the same as the pills). And there are homeopathic HGH oral sprays that get 60%-80% of the same results as injections without the great expense or having to deal with needles. These sprays, which contain real pharmaceutical HGH, have been approved by the FDA for over the counter sales only in a homeopathic form.

So called “HGH” pills work for about a month by stimulating your pituitary to produce more HGH. After a month the pituitary gets used to the stimulation and stops producing the additional HGH. It’s a cruel event because just when you get used to all the great results everything shuts down. The homeopathic HGH orals sprays don’t work in that fashion so all the great invigoration properties continue to be felt as long as you use the product.

All homeopathic oral sprays use the same formula in order to get the body to react. If you put more HGH in the product it wouldn’t work as well. So all vendors sell the same generic HGH product. But not all vendors use FDA inspected labs, offer a 90 day no-questions-asked guarantee, and ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do.

We want an educated consumer so they will pick the most effective product for their needs and price range. We understand the importance of Customer Service so we answer emails promptly, return phone messages, and issue refunds quickly without you having to jump through hoops. For all these reasons we hope you land on this page, become informed, and buy our product. HGH Review

What states do not require a fitness test to be a juvenile probation officer?

Sunday, April 29th, 2012

I would like to be a Juvenile PO, but I am not sure if I could pass the physical fitness test in Oregon. Are there States that don’t require a fitness test?
Thanks!

According to The Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (the people who license and test probation officers in Oregon) there is no physical agility test of any sort.
There is a medical physical but no fitness test.

I have never heard anything even suggesting a fitness or agility test for any probation officer anywhere in the US

What is the best Wii fitness game for building muscle strength and gaining weight?

Thursday, February 9th, 2012

I just got a new Wii and see there are plenty of fitness games out there that are aimed at helping people lose weight and cardio exercises. But I am looking for a game that helps weight gain and muscle building, not just "toning". Would very much appreciate your suggestions. I have dumbells and a bench at home, as well as a fitness ball. Thanks!

Great question. You’re right that most fitness games are focused on cardio.

The games that come to mind are The Biggest Loser Challenge and Get Fit with Mel B. Both of these allow you to customize your workouts, and the customizations include strength building which can target certain muscle groups. I’d say that the core of both games is still cardio, but at least they provide some options. Both games allow you to select options use extra equipment such as the fitness ball (both) and wrist weights (Mel B), something no other Wii game has built in.

Most Wii games can be turned into strength training by adding wrist weights or Riiflex weights.

How to improve fitness without leaving the house?

Thursday, September 8th, 2011

For medical reasons I can’t leave the house for the next 2 weeks, but in 3 weeks time I am doing a 10k run. Before I became housebound I only got up to running 5k. I need to increase my fitness a lot within these 2 weeks and don’t know what I can do.

The only gym equipment I have is an exercise bike so i’ve been doing an hour on there everyday but it doesn’t seem to be helping much.

Any ideas?

What fitness exercises are beneficial for playing Squash?

Saturday, June 4th, 2011

Currently I’m playing squash at a center that also has a fitness area. What fitness exercises are beneficial or could you recommend for playing Squash ? I’d be interested to know also what intensity or repetitions would be good.

In short, what muscles to train in what way ?
Note that I have been playing squash for over 10 years. I’m merely trying to work on specific physical elements of it and I’m wondering through what fitness exercises and methods would help me.

Apparently, it requires strength, endurance, flexibility, hand:eye coordination, developed fast twitch muscularity, arm strength, shoulder strength, proper form to avoid injury. As it is so complicated, I have selected some references for you included below. I would recommend that when you play, you are completely warmed up, wear goggles or eye protectors, and drink water. You can do the regular running, playing other sports, upper body weight training, and practice in your sport on a regular basis.
