    Like this ab circuit Tammy. Im a big fan of that perpendicular crunch. I use vastmuscle (.com) ab program and they have the same exercise with other workouts and I love it.

    2 months to notice results, it will work immensely if you eat healthier foods (if you don’t), do at least 4 sets per workout, 3 times a week (or every day if you want ‘ripped’ abs).

    That depends on your diet. Start drinking more water, and eat more healthy food. Combined with workouts like this, you should notice results in about 2 months.

    Lol, Diet Sodas are the same as regular. Just drink water all the time. Diet sodas may have lower calories and less sugar… but they have been proven to be as fatenning as the regular ones. So just plain water… and lots of proteins from fish, lean meats and so forth. =)

    Hi lovecanbeif. If you are a beginner to working out and you do 12 repetitions of each exercise in this video and in Abs Part II, you should leave a day in between. Like Tammy says in her video “..or if you wanna get those six pack abs, YOU CAN DO THEM EVERY OTHER DAY OF YOU LIKE.” Don’t do them everyday, you need to let the muscle recover. It is during this time that the muscle grows.

    don’t, why do a fad diet for the sake of losing pounds for a short time? eat healthily, and everyone knows what food is bad for them and whats good, bad food such as takeaways (fast food) sweets, cakes and sodas, why not drink diet sodas and more water and eat more vegetables, fruit and meat, and do cardio 3-5 times a week, and introduce some weight resistance, in 6months time doing that you will look so much better than 6months time doing a FAD diet, good luck.

    And think LONG term!

    This low calorie diet plan will leave you hungry, irritable and lacking in energy as your blood sugar levels go up and down and chances are, the pounds will go straight back on as soon as you ditch the diet.
    so my point is that this is probably one of the worst crash diet! forget about it, and concentrate on getting a slimer body by eating a healthy diet that will shift those pounds slowly, but keep them off for good ;)
