		<description>&lt;b&gt;your problem is ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; your problem is that your exercises your muscles each day and that is a common mistake. you see after you exercise a certain muscle you tear that muscle and you need at least 1-2 days to give that muscle time to rest and repair itself. you also need to eat a lot of protein like meats, beans, whey protein shakes, eggs, peanut butter, etc. I recommend eating two boiled eggs before a work out but throw away the yolk because that contains a lot of fat and cholesterol. Sleep is very important.</description>
