    excellent advice, …
excellent advice, my friend. newbies resort to arm curls and machines for the legs because they’re easy…strangely enough, my arms have gotten bigger by cutting out isolation moves and doing more squats and deadlifts. rock on, dude.

    Thats a great point …
Thats a great point javed.. except I would substitute pull ups instead of the lat pull down if you are able to do pull ups and back squat before front squat. I get my workouts from vastmuscle (.com) and they are awesome putting the compound movements first and then isolated exercises later

    to gain muscle mass …
to gain muscle mass you need to work your biggest muscles & AVOID isolating your biceps/triceps. Working your chest/shoulders takes help from your triceps and back exercises take help from your biceps so cut out curls/tricep extension completely out. Do total body workout, one exercise for each muscle group e.g.
    Bench Press
    Deadlift
    Lat Pulldown
    Front Squat
    Milatary Press
    Walking Lunges
    Bent-Over Row
    Step-Up

do 10 repetitions each with a weight that is 60-75% of your one rep maximum..

if anyone watches this and tries to just do what she’s doing, they’re going to get hurt.

All I meant is that …
All I meant is that women that are capable of exercise can look amazing no matter their body type, not specifically her shape.

  22. fluffypaine says:

    You need muscle to …
You need muscle to lose the most amount of weight. As a woman, you’re not likely to gain alot of muscle mass as quickly as you think though!

So don’t shy away from the light weights.

  23. stephowe says:

    not all women can …
not all women can look like that, regardless to exercise. Different bodies work in different ways. i’ll never look like that because i have naturally really big hips for example. Plus not all women CAN exercise due to medical conditions. So, that’s an unfair umption.

  24. xUnpardonablexSinx says:

    every woman would …
every woman would be fit like she is if she exercised regularly.
