How to use HGH to repair knee cartilage?

I have access to plenty of quality HGH and just went through ACL and cartilage repair. How can i use HGH to repair my cartilage more. I have a background in bio-mechanics and am very serious and responsible with my body. I just need some guidance for self treatment instead of paying a doc way too much for some injections i can give myself(unless directly into the joint of course). If anyone can help i would appreciate it. Thank you …….B

    You cant repair cartilage as it has no blood supply
